Go to System   Email Server to edit the settings for the global mail server for all clients.

When no client specific mail server has been setup, this global mail server is used a fallback mail server for sending mails.

Mailserver

The address of the mail server for sending mails. The port the mail server listens to can be entered in the second input field. When no port is given, the default port for SMTP, ie. 25, is used.

In the second field you have to set the port under which the mailserver is achievable. If the default port (SMTP) is alien from port 25, insert the corresponding port here.

Sign in required

Enter the credentials for signing in to the mail server should it require authorization.

Encryption

Select the encryption method the mail server uses. Select none when it does not encrypt traffic.

Sender address (System)

A valid mail address used for sending system mails, such as password recovery mails.

Test mail

To test the mail server configuration, you can enter a mail address here. After clicking on the send mail button to the right, a test mail will be sent to that address.
