General information

The administration interface of Xima® Formcycle is divided into different modules. By means of the role management, it is determined which modules and functionalities are available for users in this role.

Initially, the following two roles are available.

• Inbox manager
  This role is only assigned to the inbox module.

• Client administrator
  In this role, all modules and functions are available.

Creating a new role

A new role is created in the main navigation panel under the item user management   role. After clicking on the "+" button, enter a name for the role and then select the modules to which the user, in this role, may have access.

Depending on the module, there is a choice of additionally available functions, which can also be selected individually. Only modules or features that have been enabled, are available to the user with this role.

• In the upper section permissions FORMCYCLE, the modules and functions for the Xima® Formcycle configuration are set.
• In the lower section, Designer Authorization, permissions for functions for the Xima® Formcycle Designer are set.

With a click on the Save button in the bottom right corner the role is created.

Delete this role

By selecting a role and clicking on the delete button with the trash can symbol a role can be deleted. However, this is only possible if this role is no longer used by any user.
