User settings
On the user settings pages, user groups, users and their roles are managed. A user cannot play more than one role, but may belong to multiple groups.
A user's role controls the rights of the users, ie. the services and modules they can access.
A user's user group controls which inboxes and form field they can access.
Furthermore, a user may also be linked to an active directory via LDAP. This functionality requires a special license and may not be available.
